We are currently seeking a full-time mechanic/equipment manager to oversee our extensive fleet of new John Deere equipment and manage our newly completed 170m2 modern workshop. A full range of modern tools is already in place, and new Bernard cylinder and bedknife grinders are scheduled for delivery in December 2025.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with turf machinery or in related mechanical field.
- Ensuring that our machinery is maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate records and service history on all machines.
- Demonstrates a positive, sociable, and accommodating attitude towards colleagues, golfers, and suppliers.
- Is a team player.
- Takes ownership for keeping the workshop clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
